This is a really simple and easy dish I spotted on the PMP Mom’s Blog and ended up making it simply because we had a load of potatoes available.
This is quite a dry curry so is usually served as a breakfast item with Parathas, Puris or as a side dish.
I made this in the evening, and it turned out delicious.
It’s a cheap, easy weeknight meal you can serve with Roti whether readymade like these ones I purchase from Asda called Chakki Rotis or if you’re able to make Rotis yourself.
With Parathas it’s quite a heavy dish so for evening time, I would recommend serving with Rotis.
I sliced the potatoes thinly using my hand chopper which is perfect for more hardy dishes like onions and even potatoes so they cooked a lot faster!
